Russian MPs are expected to submit a new draft law regulating private military companies.  A global market exists for mercenary fighters.  Many argue Russia is missing out by trapping citizens in a legal minefield.
Private military companies (PMCs) are what used to be known as Wild Geese, professional soldiers ready to prop up a regular fighting force for payment.

This week, Mike (Walsh) and Andy are joined by Alfred Schaefer. Alfred is the campaigning brother of captive dissident Monika. His Canadian sister was arrested during her visit to North Korea, sorry, Germany.

These men and women were willing to fight and lay down their lives for this country and the only help available to them is from charities. The Government needs to do more for them. It’s a disgrace.”

However, the deceitful family abused the hospitality of their Russian hosts by taking the money and running back to Germany. There, the more generous German benefits system could be more profitably milked by the deceitful vagabonds.
